c66zz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the c66zz platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. c66zz reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c66zz operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on c66zz or have an account that was previously closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must hold only one active c66zz account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

c66zz may at any time request documentary evidence to verify a Player's age, identity, address, or payment method as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the c66zz platform, including deposits and withdrawal requests made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard:

• The minimum deposit at c66zz is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by c66zz, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account closure.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. c66zz does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals made through local Bangladesh payment channels.
• c66zz reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Deposits made in error by the Player (for example, duplicate deposits) should be reported to c66zz support immediately. Voluntary deposits made by the Player with full knowledge of the transaction are not eligible for reversal except in exceptional circumstances determined at c66zz's sole discretion.

All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c66zz does not hold Player funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by the Player's payment provider is the sole responsibility of that provider.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the c66zz platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin games, or otherwise interact with the c66zz platform in a manner not available to ordinary Players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any c66zz game or system. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Using the c66zz platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity. c66zz cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to suspected money laundering.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during use of the c66zz platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account.

c66zz uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, c66zz may void affected bets and game results, reverse transactions, close accounts, and take any further action required by law or internal policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c66zz's liability to any Player in connection with use of the platform is limited as follows:

• c66zz is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to access the platform, even where c66zz has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• c66zz is not responsible for any temporary or permanent interruption to its services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, server failures, or acts of government.
• c66zz does not guarantee that any game will be available at all times, that game outcomes will meet a Player's expectations, or that a Player will achieve any particular financial result from use of the platform. All gambling involves risk, and Players accept that risk in full when registering for and using c66zz.

Privacy and Data Protection

c66zz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for and using c66zz, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by c66zz at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. c66zz applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions between Players' devices and the platform, and follows industry-standard data security practices to protect Player information at rest and in transit.
